However, its practical performance still lags noticeably behind that of Chinese-branded vehicles.

By contrast, the Li Auto i8 surpasses the Tesla Model Y L in multiple dimensions regarding intelligent cockpit capabilities. Centred around its signature five-screen integration, it features a 25-inch AR-HUD and dual 15.7-inch 3K screens. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip, its ‘Li Auto Assistant’ leverages AI large models to handle complex commands. The voice assistant supports multi-zone response, accurately serving passengers in every seat.
 

Although both models are similarly priced and both are six-seat, all-electric mid-to-large SUVs, each clearly has its own distinct characteristics. The specific choice ultimately depends on the user's daily driving scenarios.
