Some industry insiders speculated that the expected price of the Galaxy L6 would be around 110,000 yuan.

In terms of exterior appearance, the Galaxy L6 adopts the closed-off front face commonly used in new energy vehicles, along with split-type headlights, significantly enhancing the car's recognition. At the same time, the brand-new logo design also enhances the vehicle's sense of fashion.

The Geely Galaxy L6 features a sleek coupe-like design and is equipped with hidden door handles. The rear of the car still retains the through-type taillight design.

In terms of body size, the Galaxy L6 measures 4,782mm in length, 1,875mm in width, and 1,489mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,752mm. It adopts a unibody structure and is equipped with 215/55R17 or 235/45R18 tires.

Optional accessories include non-through-type lights, rear emblem, welcome light carpet, sunroof, panorama roof, and different styles of wheel covers.

As for the powertrain, the new car will carry Geely's new-generation NordThor dedicated plug-in hybrid system, which consists of the NordThor 1.5T four-cylinder hybrid engine (model BHE15-BFZ) and the P1+P2 dual motors. The engine is good for a maximum power of 120kW. The vehicle can run at a top speed of 235km/h and feature a combined range of over 1,000km. Additionally, it is likely to be installed with a 3-speed DHT Pro transmission, which has been applied on the Galaxy L7, the first production model of the Galaxy series.

On Feb. 23 this year, Geely Auto Group officially launched a new high-end electrified product series, namely, the aforesaid Geely Galaxy at a flagship event in Hangzhou. The first car from the Geely Galaxy range, the Galaxy L7 long-range PHEV SUV was unveiled along with a fully electric concept model, the “Galaxy Light.”

The Galaxy L7s were delivered to its first car owners earlier this month. The model competes head-on with the BYD Song PLUS DM-i.
