Lei Jun answered everyone's guesses about the price on social media platforms, saying that the YU7 standard version won't just be Rs. 20,000-30,000 more expensive than the SU7 standard version due to the fact that the standard version of the YU7 has a high configuration, a CLTC pure electric range of 835km, LIDAR, a sky screen, and Nvidia's latest Thor chip, with an arithmetic power of 700TOPS.The launch event on 26 June will announce the Xiaomi YU7's price, and everyone will surely find this price reasonable. At the same time, Lei Jun also said that YU7 will not worry about SU7 sales after the launch of YU7, because there are still a lot of users like Xiaomi sedan.

Xiaomi officials further clarified that the YU7 is not a ‘stretched version’ of the SU7. Although both models are based on Xiaomi's Modena platform, up to 90 per cent of the components of the YU7 project have been redesigned, making it an all-new SUV for drivers.

Xiaomi YU7 brings a number of highlights in terms of product power. The new car is equipped with the Xiaomi Sky Screen panoramic display system, creating an immersive visual experience; the interior adopts a dual-zone wrap-around design with dual zero-gravity seats in the front row and 135° electric luxury seats in the rear row, which significantly improves comfort and luxury.

In terms of power, the Xiaomi YU7 is equipped with the newly upgraded Xiaomi Super Motor V6s Plus, which achieves a comprehensive improvement in speed, torque and power compared to the V6s. The dual-motor four-wheel drive version can output a maximum of 690 hp (508kW), bringing strong power performance. At the same time, the vehicle has undergone professional chassis tuning, balancing sporty performance with driving comfort.
In terms of range, the entry-level CLTC has a range of up to 835km, and the four-wheel drive version has an outstanding range of 770km, meeting the needs of multi-scenario travelling.
