Recently, Great Wall Motor released its production and sales data for May 2023. The data shows that Great Wall Motor sold 101,020 units in May this year, an increase of 26.18% year-on-year. Among them, 23,755 new energy models were sold, with the sales ratio rising to 23.52%, a record high for both sales and ratio; 25,131 units were sold overseas, up 104.04% year-on-year, a record high, with the sales ratio reaching 24.88%.

Looking at each brand Haval brand sold 55,600 units in May, up 33.18% year-on-year. The recently launched Haval Kingpin MAX and Haval Kingpin sold 3,088 units in May.       In the field of pickup trucks, Great Wall Pickup sold 18,605 units in May, an increase of 9.39% year-on-year. Among them, the Great Wall Cannon sold 14,006 units, up 6.19% year-on-year, and has sold more than 10,000 units for 33 months in total, reigning as the sales champion of pickup trucks. Data show that from January to May, the domestic terminal market share of Great Wall pickup trucks exceeded 50%.
