A rising character line, semi-concealed door handles, and muscular wheel arches contribute to its sporty look. The vehicle comes standard with 20-inch Shadow Blade alloy wheels and rear disc brakes, while 21-inch Radiant Blade wheels are available as an option. In terms of dimensions, it measures 4,663 mm long, 1,860 mm wide, and 1,617 mm high, with a 2,766 mm wheelbase.

At the rear, the Volkswagen ID. UNYX 06 features a full-width LED taillight with an illuminated Volkswagen logo at the center, giving the vehicle a distinctive appearance at night. The two-tone rear bumper and diffuser-style trim further enhance its sporty character.
