On March 6, the Seagull Honor Edition was officially launched, with an official guide price of 69,800-85,800 yuan. The Seagull Honor Edition launched this time has a new Arctic Blue exterior + Deep Ocean Blue interior color scheme, enriching users' car purchasing choices with a new color scheme and colorful personalized experience. As a small car under the BYD Ocean model, the Seagull Honor Edition has a unique shape and rich configurations. In terms of battery life, the new car has two options: 305km and 405km, and provides fast charging. The Seagull Glory Edition adds a new North Ice Blue exterior + Deep Sea Blue interior colour scheme, together with the Deep Sea Blue interior, through which the refreshing and mysterious feeling of the ocean is shown. At the design level is still the design style of the marine series, the whole car adopts the swooping body design, the colour scheme and lines are also highlighting the youthfulness. Inside the car, the new car will provide a 10.1-inch adaptive rotating large screen with a built-in DiLink intelligent network connection system that supports video playback, voice interaction and other functions. In addition, the car also supports unlocking via mobile app, Bluetooth key, and NFC car key. Officials said that all new cars are equipped with 4 airbags (main and passenger airbags and through-type side curtain airbags), ESP, EPB, heated exterior mirrors, etc., and high-end models will also add front side airbags. Some versions of the new car will also provide high-end intelligent driving assistance systems, which include adaptive cruise, active emergency braking, traffic sign recognition, lane departure warning and other functions.
In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous drive motor with a maximum power of 55kW and a maximum torque of 135N·m. In terms of battery life, it is equipped with a blade battery and will provide two different battery life versions,
respectively 305km and 405km, with corresponding battery capacities of 30.08kWh and 38.88kWh.
